Know you are dealing with the "big boys" when you are seeking to lease a commercial office or space and know that not all brokers are created equal. Do your homework. Talk to people in the industry who have nothing to gain and learn the reputation of the realtor you are working with. Take time to review every clause in the contract and understand it. If you don't understand it, consider a broker who understands all the terms and conditions in the fine print, and someone who can READILY explain these important terms and conditions to you. You need someone with experience and most of all, someone with STRONG negotiation skills. My experience with Brian Jacks has been positive. I am glad he stepped in to help me close a deal. Brian had a new tenant in our building in about 2 weeks, I am not sure how he could have done much better. I have used his service 3 times and all 3 he did exactly what we needed done.
