It was a great thing finding Brian jacks commercial realtor, my family had bought the property in 1952 so it's been in the family for 74 years, and how surprised I was that Brian found somebody to buy the land so quickly I think it was a couple weeks when you put the signs up and also we got a great price, also the service that Brian jacks gave us was like service you used to get 40 years ago old school service which is very hard to find nowadays so I would recommend anybody with commercial real estate get a hold of Brian jacks and and he'll get it done .
