It was friendly and time consuming but they were doing a great job so we have a well maintained truck. It did take some time to find that they were able to do all the work we needed because of the weight. They could not only install the tires, but align after finding the ball bearing had to be replaced before the alignment.

Brakes started to fail on my Class A RV, had it towed to Jack's. Had them purge coolant, brakes, engine tuneup, and oil change. Happy with everything! But the brake pedal, however, still goes down to 3" from floor, but does stop the RV.
