I've been going to Jack's for 20yrs and love that I can use the car care one card for my vehicles with a year promotion with no interest, I like how they provide rides while they keep my vehicle, and how you can accumulate points to deduct off any type of maintenance on your vehicle

We took our daughter's car to Jack's for repairs after having issues with a shop in Des Moines. They were up front & honest and kept us updated throughout the process. Tim was very helpful & friendly. We were even given a discount off of our total from seeing a coupon online. I would recommend Jack's & will use them in the future!!

Had a noise coming from what I thought was the rear end due to a alert on my dash which stated service rear axel on my 2010 Cadillac
SRX4. Took it to Jacks and they determined it was a bad drive shaft. Which they replaced. After leaving had the Service rear axel alert appear again in on my dash. Jacks fit me in the next day to get the rear differential oil changed. Ran it for a couple days and the alert appeared once again. It cleared itself and have yet for it to appear again. Great staff and seems they done everything they could to get me through the issue. Even googled and went to a few Caddy blogs. Overall was satisfied with the visit.
