I made an appointment with Jack's by way of a mechanic whom I trust. When I arrived I was greeted promptly with minimal wait time. They have a comfortable waiting area for you to sit. The wait time was shorter than previous experience with other locations. The final price was almost spot on to the estimate, which was very nice. No upsell or BS. I will be heading back for service on my camper and pass recommendations on to anyone who asks.

Was visiting Davenport from Phoenix for a family emergency and needed an oil change on my car. The local Ford dealer couldn’t get me in for a week. Jacks on Eastern got me in the next morning. Excellent job guys and excellent service.

Went today and had my front brake pads and rotors done. They got my car right in and was in and out within an hour. My brakes feel like new and I’ll never take my car anywhere else again. The guy working the front desk was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. Will def be back!

Jack’s was highly recommended by my Mom, who has had service done on their motor home for years. I rolled into the quad cities at the end so a 2 1/2 month rv trip and my truck brakes were squaking for the last 800 miles.
Reached Matt when I called; explained my situation and Matt got me in the next day at 8:00 am. Also completed an oil change. By 1:00 pm the job was complete and I was back on the road with with new rotors, upgraded ceramic pads and fresh oil.
I greatly appreciated the quick turnaround by Matt and the team at Jack’s. And the price was right too!
