J Davis Tree Care

Keith is my arborist and he is wonderful! I have an oak that was badly in the 2021 super freeze event. He has been treating it ever since and it looks like it will make it, while many in the area have died.

I had used other arborists before finding J Davis 15-20 years ago and they are the best.

I have a massive Live Oak tree in my front yard that was way out of control, needed cut back and “Groomed”, also a tree in my backyard, the neighbors, that needed low hanging branches removed over my sheds!! The 4 guys that showed up were fantastic!! Crew lead guy went over what needed to be done with me, then the crew. They all went to work, knew exactly what was needed to be accomplished. 2 guys in the backyard and 2 guys in the front yard. With permission from my neighbor, the 2 guys in backyard removed low hanging branches, working on neighbors side of fence and also removed and a big branch that was dying, just matter of time before it fell on my sheds. All in all, hour and a half later, or so, everything was done, cleaned up and now I have beautiful trees!!
The price was very reasonable and will continue to use J. Davis for my tree grooming!!! They are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE,...

I've used J Davis several times. They are always very professional. They're quick, safety conscious and clean up all their work. Plus, their prices are very good. I'll be using them again for when my large Live Oak needs to be pruned. Also, their arborist will give you tips and answers to ensure that your trees live long lives.

Almost every job was challenging as there were very large Post and Blackjack Oaks, most close to or hanging over my house or outbuildings. The crew has always been led by Jose and they have all been the most skillful at taking down the difficult trees safely. J. Davis has always been very accommodating when I wanted to keep costs down by doing the clean-up myself. The greatest importance was to take the trees down safely and the crews did that every time. Just a great company and tree crew to work with each time.

It was great. I’ve used J Davis several times in the past. They've always been very personable and responsive to my questions and needs.

We had a diseased oak in our front yard, which J. Davis confirmed, and with our approval, removed the tree and stump. All for a very reasonable price. About 2 months later, we lost another oak in a spring windstorm. J. Davis happened to be in the area and removed the tree out of good-will. We will definitely continue using J. Davis for our tree care in the fall and for ongoing assessments of our tree(s) health and needs. Very happy with their service and customer care!
