Ben you are my hero!! I inadvertently pushed my SIM card into the slot getting it stuck, on the very same day I purchased my phone!! Ugh! After taking it to 5 different places, no one was able to retrieve the SIM card, the person at Bitwise referred me to iParts. Ben you said you would try and you did it!!!!! Saving me from having to mail the phone back to manufacturer and saving me $$$$. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate your talent.
