I'm just starting the detox phase of my program. So far I've been following the plan and already feeling better. I've even lost some weight and I feel better overall. Honestly I don't miss having my sweets. I realize now how having them made me feel lousy vs how well I feel now. Can't wait to get thru this next phase!
