Becky is a very thorough inspector. She greated us at the property, we are able to address any concerns and she asked us questions about our concerns. As Becky performed her inspection she would come back room by room with her findings (good and bad allowing my husband and I to review the issue while we were on site). Becky confirmed the appointment, was early to the inspection, did a great verbal review of each finding, would show us the pictures of the findings and make sure we were comfortable with her findings. We did not purchase the first property she inspected due to fungus growth. The first property was beautiful and fully renovated. We would have never known about the fungus if it were not for the way Becky inspects a home. We wanted Becky to inspect the second property, the property we ultimately purchased. Becky had numerous findings on the second property but with her speaking to us and reviewing each item we felt comfortable purchasing the property. We have recommended Becky to friends and will continue to recommend her to others. We are very happy with her!
