I wanted to give everyone a perspective on what it is like to be a part of Kelly’s team. I started out as a client of Kelly's when my boss hired her and I was very successful, very quickly using her process - even when so many other things had previously failed. When I left my position, I immediately called Kelly and asked to join her in the Profit-ology mission because I believe in it so wholeheartedly.

People ask me what it is like behind the scenes working for Kelly. First, I’ve never been more appreciated in my life. Kelly is an excellent leader and has created a culture where our team is a family, excellence and integrity is expected and client service is a top priority. And it shows in the results of our clients. This woman has the biggest heart and loves her team and her clients like nothing I’ve ever seen before.

I’m so grateful to Kelly for her belief in me and being a champion for helping me create a phenomenal life. I adore working with our clients and it is so exciting to me to watch our entrepreneurs blossom right in front of my eyes. Kelly brings out the best in you, even when you don't see it.
