After days of car shopping and dealing with pushy, smarmy salespeople, I finally came to Hammonasset Ford and was so happy with the experience I had with Mike Timmons. He was so nice, so helpful, so accommodating. He did not feed me any lines like the rest of the people I had been dealing with at other dealerships. He made me feel like he wanted to help me and wasn't out to make sure he made out in the deal. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Hammonasset Ford. The staff all were so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We worked with Mike, who was great - no pressure, and he seemed very happy to teach us all about the car we were considering buying. He had very good follow-through, and simply was a joy to work with. Nate in the Finance Department was also very good and helpful. He had a lovely personality, and chatted casually with us, while we signed forms. Bottom line - love the new car, and would surely recommend Hammknasset Ford to my friends and family.

My experience at Hammonasset was and always is great. Everyone is friendly. Great service. In the past 20 years this is our 7th vehicle from the same dealer. My wife and I on our last 3 vehicle with sale person Mike Timmons has been great. But on my last purchase 12/23/2017 Mike was out their with a lot of dedication showing us my new ride under the rain and freezing cold. Twice I asked him for us to go inside not to get wet my wife and I under the umbrella. And with so much calm, dedication he continue walking us around my new ride every detail and happy. Jeff Reyka was BY FAR the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman I dealt with during my car purchase process. We ultimately didn't go with a Ford, but he made it damn hard with a fair price, intimate knowledge of the models, and his friendly local demeanor. We will be back.
