We had a family-run operation that started in 1981. Where we provided emergency and non-emergency ambulance services. I learned that I never ever want to be involved in selling someone else's business. because there are a lot of complexities there are a lot of levels. Like you get a lot of offers over the years from various people to buy a piece of your business or buy your business and oftentimes these people they think they're serious but they're not serious. I sold my commercial printing business using this company. They did an outstanding job during the whole process. They always communicated everything to me very well. They made sure all the documents were in order and that the buyer understood them.

Working with analysts and the deal makers is very straightforward. I worked with my analyst on a daily basis for quite a while once we had an interested buyer in the business and that buyer was vetted by IAG then it was numerous times a day that would actually talk and provide additional information based on the buyer's request for information. I think they were very proactive and responsive to the buyer when the buyer was asking for information so that made me feel good that they do whatever they have to do to make sure this deal stayed active and progressed forward.

We had thought about selling our business but we didn't really move forward with anything. We didn't know how.
