We had Rocky Mountain Cleaning & Restoration clean a carpet in a duplex that was quite the challenge. They did an excellent job working on a floor that had not been maintained well by the tenant. They removed stuborn stains and restored our carpet for our future tentants. They were polite and reliable. They showed up for an estimate at the time they scheduled as well as the same for the cleaning. We would highlyt recomment them for your carpet needs.

They cleaned our tile it looks great, but our carpets… They got dried months old slime out of the carpet! Best of all there are no blue stains from the slime; the carpet looks AMAZING!!

Rocky Mountain was friendly and professional. My job was small but they came out right away and got everything in place to avoid any chance of mold. Their follow up was on time and they did everything they said they would. I hope I don't need to use them again. But if I'm in a jam they'll be my first call.

They were honest and fair with their cost and time estimates, and even worked around other unrelated issues that we had fixed while the house was torn apart. They and their team did excellent work. We had wet sub-flooring from a leaking dishwasher. They came promptly and got a fan and dehumidifier going. All was dried over a few days. We couldn't have been happier with the results.

* editing to say as I’ve gone through our house I’ve noticed several vent covers weren’t replaced properly and the screws are gone. Strange. I did notice some clattering when we turned the AC on so I’m assuming that’s where the screws went.

They showed up on the day and time they said they would, but which has proven fairly rare in this area. Nice kids, did a good job and didn’t leave a mess for me. I appreciated the protective measures used to avoid scuffing walls or dinging furniture. Looking forward to less dust in this 100 year old house!

We had moldy odor in one of our carpeted basement rooms and stairs. Once we texted Bryant he was very quick to get back to us and scheduled the treatment next day.

The technician, Gabriel, was very professional, courteous, on time and explained their process thoroughly.

They haven't found any mold growth.
They used hot steam to sanitze the area and kill any spores in case if they are there.

Then they applyed a special kids/pets safe enzyme to prevent any potential future growth and dryed everything with the fan.

The basement smells so much better!
I should also mentioned the price was very reasonable.

Our kitchen faucet started leaking & we didn’t realize it until the basement ceiling fell down. Rocky Mnt was quick to respond, found a great subcontractor to replace the ruined hardwood, & even came back to fix some of the ceiling I wasn’t happy with. I’d recommend them to everyone!
