We just had new carpet installed and our dog left a horrible stain. They were prompt and friendly and cleaned the spot. When they finished they cleaned the entire room. They were also very careful with our furniture. I’ll definitely use them again.

My husband and I work long hours and the state of our apartment got to the point where we desperately needed help cleaning up the mess the accumulated over the Covid years. When I called Piper, the receptionist, she set up an evaluation the same day. I felt embarrassed and nervous because of the state of our apartment. But when she arrived she did an amazing job of asking exactly what I needed, what I was comfortable with and didn’t ever make me feel ashamed. We set up cleaning for the next week and when our cleaner, Amy, arrived; she was in the best of spirits and was simply amazing. She did a stellar job cleaning, but not only that, she took the time to give me cleaning tips and answered all the questions I had throughout the day. My kitchen and the room below (my library) were severely affected by a water leak. Rocky Mtn Cleaning and Restoration did an excellent job taking out damaged parts (cabinets, trim, ceiling, walls, floors, and subfloor), and restoring them to their original condition. They also moved bookcases and books, furniture, computers, and documents to avoid further damage and to make room for repairs. They responded very quickly and they did excellent work. I strongly recommend them.

These guys are miracle workers. We've had them over twice and the difference is staggering. They were incredibly understanding, patient, and even taught us some things to help keep it up. I will highly recommend them to anyone!

My girlfriend set an appointment for 2:30 PM and Chris got there 15 minutes before scheduled. He was so punctual, he even had to wait a few minutes for me to get there. He was completely understanding about my confusion since the power company turned off the electricity a day early. Once I got there, he got started (I stayed to mop floors and clean out the garage) and he got done faster than me. Big fan. Would contract with Chris again! Oh. And the company too, I guess. 😉

Rocky Mountain Cleaning was not only very convenient, they also took extra care to educate me on everything that was going on within my house. Philip and Kris did an amazing job. I have a cream colored carpet and I had stains on it. They did a very professional job removing stains and cleaning it to my satisfaction. Already have my neighbor considering them for his carpets now! Highly recommend.
