Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable when we had an emergency. Also the techs who came out were friendly and managed to get rust out of nearly white carpet. Thanks to this great business a stressful situation was practically no problem.

We've had Rocky Mountain do carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and every time service is top notch! We were getting ready to replace our dryer because it wasn't drying clothes completely and leaving a terrible odor every time we used it. We had these guys clean our dryer vent, and now it drys our clothes perfectly and smell is gone! We will definitely continue using them for any carpet and duct work cleaning in the future.

Wayne, the man that came out to help me dry things up was so very nice, clearly knew what he was doing, I was kinda freaking out but he was calm so I calmed down 🤭 it was my first flood. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will be calling them

from the moment I first called to schedule an appointment, I was taken care of with professionalism and a very friendly staff. they showed up on time and finished in a very timely manner. i left to run errands and received a call when they were done. I came home to my house smelling amazing and my carpets and couches looking brand new. i will DEFINITELY be using them again and would recommend to my family and friends

Washed carpets in my whole house. I was thinking of getting new carpet but this company made all my carpets look new. I recommend them highly! The price was very reasonable. Make sure and get the finish treatment to prevent soiling in the future. Very professional.

I had a sprinkler line break and flood two rooms in my basement. Wayne, their project manager came out and was so kind and helpful. Their carpet layer did a great job putting our carpets back down after everything dried out. We are having all the carpets cleaned in our house and Nate is doing a great job removing stains and making my carpet look like new again. They even put up corner guards to protect my walls. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Cleaning and Restoration.

They are amazing. I made a call from out of the country for my apartment to be cleaned and it was cleaned that day.
