I had my carpets cleaned Friday and they did a great job! They are professional, friendly, and thorough. I had gum in my carpet which they removed and they removed other stains as well. I love it when they come because it feels like I have brand new carpet again. I have used them several times for me, Rockymountain is the best deal out there.

The guys did a great job and were patient about a delay getting into the place due to the apartment managers not arriving on time to let them in.

We had a back flow preventer for our sprinkler system develop a large leak that partially flooded a downstairs window which leaked water into the downstairs bedroom. We called Rocky Mountain and they were there that night and started the carpet drying process. There was damage to trim and some of the drywall. Today it is completely repaired and you can't tell anything had happened. We were contacted each time before a visit and all the workers were polite and friendly. The room was done in a timely fashion even though we told them that the room wouldn't be used from months.

When the cleaning employees arrived, they were exactly on time, were courteous and friendly, yet deliberate in their work. They went the extra mile for me by cleaning my entrance mats without charge and surprised me at the end with a 25% discount that I wasn’t aware of in October. They worked fast, and did an excellent job. They also emphasized customer satisfaction. I have used Rocky Mountain for years and will continue to do so and recommend them to others.

When I had a question about the smell after cleaning the carpets, they came back and thoroughly redid the carpets with deodorizer. They really prioritize customer satisfaction. I had a bad candle wax spill and these guys were able to get it right out. They were also super friendly and kind! My house smells super good now!

I’ve watch this company grow from the sidelines. They are solid!! They tans by the Moto of excellent customer service professionalism and personable. They are trustworthy, efficient and proud of their work.
They’re work is high standard. They treat every home as if they were coming to clean their Grandmas house (Respect is #1). Prices are based of size of the job of course but their prices are best in town for the quality of work and standards they provide.
