Very friendly and super professional! I called and they were able to come out quickly and clean up a mess in our basement. Would recommend and will be using them again!

These guys were on time , professional and did a great job! The carpet looks brand new and dried extremely fast! In addition they took extra care to not harm any of the property. I've never had a carpet cleaner use corner protectors to keep the hoses from hurting the corners of my trim in the house. That attention to detail really impressed me. I will use them again for sure.

We use Rocky Mountain Cleaning every year to shampoo our carpets. They always do a great job. They use a stain guard that has kept our carpets looking new for 17 years. They have been able to remove all stains from our carpet. Highly recommended.

From the beginning of this process, I have been impressed with the quality of service from Rocky Mountain Cleaning. I live 60 miles from their home base but they were willing to come to my home and provide an evaluation of the work required and give me a written estimate. My job was tile that had been inappropriately waxed and it turned out to be quite a project removing that old wax My crew never hesitated. We had very bad pet odors in our carpet and had tried multiple times to remove them with a Rug Doctor. I am amazed that they were able to completely take care of the problem.

Ok... stuck in the house during quarantine with 4 crazy kids who eat everywhere! You should have seen the mess... I kid you not, bad news... these guys came over- carpet looks new!!! I think they must offer human sacrifice first? Because what they did was pure magic!!!

Rocky Mountain was sent out to the duplex that my wife and I are in. We’ve had a mold and moisture problem plaguing this rental for the past while. While they were taking care of us they treated us like good friends, very punctual and the most respectful!
If you are ever in need of their services you will not be disappointed! They know what they are doing and are setting the standards for what customer service should be!!

Absolutely outstanding customer service which is hard to find now days. I tried shampooing up some pet stains on my own but couldn't get the smell out of my house. It was a week before a birthday party I had scheduled. Rocky Mountain was already booked out until the next week but after hearing my store the lady said, she would see if she could make some changes in their schedule and call me back. Above and beyond customer service!
When they gave me the bid to get rid of all my pets stains it was higher than I planned. It was worth it though! My carpet looks brand new. They worked on the areas they had marked the night before where my pets stains were. They would smell the area and rework it until the smell was gone. Plus they got out a dark stain that a previous carpet cleaning company couldn't get out. On top if making my carpets look, feel and smell brand new. They put up...

I would shout my recommendation of Rocky mountain cleaning from the rooftops! They were extremely professional, making sure to explain everything they did and letting me know if they changed anything (like making sure to tell me that he opened the window a little). In addition, they worked quickly and efficiently. Our carpet looks new again! Which is saying something because we have pets and a baby, it was not looking good. Now it looks amazing. We will be using them again without a doubt!
