Rocky Mountain Cleaning & Restoration

We called Rocky Mountain when our rental’s basement flooded and I’m so glad we did! It was after hours and on a Sunday but they had someone out to our property quickly and was able to figure out the problem and stop the water. It was a long process with quite a bit of damage but everyone we came in contact with, from beginning to end, was so nice and helpful with navigating this issue and helping us with the insurance side of things. They definitely went above and beyond and worked hard to get things covered by insurance. They have a very knowledgeable staff and we appreciated their insights. Overall what could have been a nightmare was actually pretty painless thanks to Rocky Mountain. We will definitely be using them again but hopefully we won’t have to!

We’ve used Rocky Mountain Cleaning for years to clean our carpets. They do a beautiful job. They always leave the carpets looking brand new. And their pricing is very fair. We recently also had some area rugs cleaned at their shop and were really happy with that service as well. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Cleaning.

Rocky Mnt was restoration company suggested by my insurance company, I will not hesitate to call them in the future. The care and concern by this company was apparent from day 1 until we wrapped the project up some months later. Had it not been for Jason we would not have been aware of a leak in our attic along with some mold stains, he also went above and beyond attending to my garbage disposal which was plugged by another subcontractor. Josh was the Rocky Mnt project manager assigned to our case and was also a God-send. Josh was so patient with us and again, multi-talented attending to issues that subcontractors overlooked, always with a smile and encouraging me through a process that was waring. I am so grateful to have met the crew from Rocky Mountain, they were all wonderful!!

I immediately got an appointment, Ethan and TJ arrived right on time and did an amazing job. They did my basement and 3 area rugs that turned out beautifully. They took my wool area rug with them and brought it back a week later, I couldn't believe how it turned out it looked like it did when I bought it. I can't say enough about Ethan and TJ they were so friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Cleaning to anyone.

Ian of Rocky Mountain was professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed along the way. The people Rocky Mountain chose to help me did excellent jobs. The roofer even offered to remove a dead tree free of charge, and the rain gutter installers gave me a senior discount for gutter guards. I am very pleased with the end results.

Called RockyMountain early this morning when I realized the water in the carpet was not going to completely dry out as much as I tried! Rocky Mtn sent two of the most kind and informative employees Roel and Jonah… they could not have been more efficient and knowledgeable, they truly eased my mind. Rocky Mountain really made our house restoration painless and wonderful. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and worked with us on a lot of things. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend them. We used them for a fire restoration/remodel of our house.

They have been absolutely wonderful to work with! The communication and work ethic and quality has been phenomenal. Josh and Jason have gone out of their way to make the rebuild portion as stress free as possible and really did such an amazing job! I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you SO much…especially for putting up with the pups!

For my mom, whom had new carpet replaced just a couple months before the water spigot failed and took out her carpet in the basement, this team jumped to action once assigned. Connor and James were greatly respectful of our space, the dog and the responsiveness to timing for work to be done. Kane the project manager and lead for the team was very kind and prompt as well. The professionalism of the repair team from Paul taking care of drywall and texturing was outstanding and the repairs form Viking on the original failure was quick and prompt as well.

Grateful for the insurance assignment which was taken care of via the office team and billing was all properly completed. Would highly recommend if the tragedy of water damage is ever needed. This team was outstanding.

Ethan and his "sidekick" provided us with some wonderful service today, cleaning a sofa and recliner. They were honest about what we might expect in working with two older pieces of furniture. However, both looked like new when they finished, and they both went the extra mile in their service!
We will be more than happy to recommend Rocky Mountain Cleaning & Restoration to anyone.

This is the best hands down of a crew this company has. Over the top in wanting to make sure their customers are satisfied each time I call the most sweetest receptionist that answers the calls. When they say they will call you back it is literally within minutes. I have called 2 times so far needing to have them call me back spills that needed to be treated and removes ASAP!! They came right out. . 1 time my grandson spilled red Kool Aid among with other liquids was set in over a week ( I was not aware of it was on vacation) they got it completely out. Then he spilled a large area of mustard took them about 20 minutes my carpet is white and stains are gone. Pricing is amazing. Thank you The team at Rocky Mountain Cleaning and Restoration.
