Firstly, Keri has a magical way of making you feel so comfortable. This is the second home my husband and I have bought and she made the whole ordeal so easy. We moved from southern CA to Madison, AL in Sept! We actually physically did not see the house we but Keri filmed it all for us in such detail that it felt like it was in person.

We ended up being very lucky and getting accepted in our first offer. Keri made the process so easy and if we had any issue, no matter how small, she handled it immediately. We felt very secure with Keri and we definitely felt like she was always looking out for our interests.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kerri Denney as my real estate agent when moving from Kentucky to Alabama, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism she provided throughout the entire process.

From our initial meeting to the closing, Kerri answered every text, every phone call, every question and listened to what we wanted in our new home.
