I've been running an agency, Cosmo Creative Studios, for the past 6 years and had some initial success on my own. I knew that in order to scale and take things to the next level, I needed to hire a coach to help me put the proper systems and processes in place first. This is where my search for a business coach began. It's hard searching for a coach online since there is a lot of BS out there. People who teach but have never done anything successfully of their own. Lee stood out to me because he has been in the trenches himself and ran an agency in the past. Also, the copy on his website spoke directly to me. This was somewhat a good sign for me. It told me that he took his time to research his target audience and practiced what he preached. For me, it was still a leap of faith to sign up, but I am happy that I made the choice to do so. Lee has a system, I think he calls it the Roadmap, that shows you, from the beginning, the steps that you need to take from A to Z to run a successful agency. This gave me a little bit more reassurance as I would not just be blindly following someone. Lee has always made the effort to go above and beyond and has even done additional sessions with me for free when I needed the extra help. He actually genuinely cares for his student's success. Now, I would like to talk about the important stuff. How has my bottom line changed. Lee suggested that I focus on one niche. From the getgo, I was inspired to reach out to companies in my niche and I signed on 3 new clients in the niche that he had suggested and I'm in the process of closing my forth. Not bad for working with Lee for less than 3 months. If you're like me and you feel like you've hit a plateau, and/or if you're just looking for some direction, Lee is the guy to go with.
