James is prompt and does a great job. We had him powerwash, 2 of the apartment buildings at Arbor Lakes. The ownership was so happy, we are hoping to schedule an additional 25 buildings.

I called to find out about having multiple houses with vinyl siding washed. James was very professional and came out to give a bid the next day. He was on time and sent a breakdown quickly of how much the cost would be along with other services if we wanted them. We were able to choose the services we needed and he was able to come out rather quickly to complete the service. We had three homes and a small shed for him to wash all the siding. We had rust and mold issues on some areas of the siding, he was able to remove all the stains and mold. His pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend James and Horizon Home Detailing.

I was referred to Horizon Home Detailing by a friend. I called and received a timely response from the owner followed soon thereafter by a home inspection and that same evening I was presented a proposed list of services along with pricing. All this within less than 48 hours. After selecting and agreeing to my preferred services, we set a date and time for the work which was expected to be completed over two days. As promised, Horizon arrived on time and completed all work flawlessly in the time predicted. I am very pleased with the company's adherence to professional business practices (somewhat rare these days) and to the services performed. I had my home's exterior completely washed on day one and day two consisted of cleaning windows and frames, both inside and out.
