I was very impressed with Ryan at our first meeting. He was very knowledgeable about selling commercial propeties and he gave me some solid recomendations on how to best sell my property. I signed up with him on the spot to list my property.
The listing came out and in the first week we had 5 potential buyers look at the property. Then the second week Ryan called me saying we had a buyer. Had to go through the process of building inspectors, appraisors, price negotiations, various small contract changes etc. But Ryan and his team were on top of it the whole time, kept me informed, answered my questions, worked with me through a few tense moments, and kept the process moved forward steadily all the way to the day of the closing. I was so happy to have the property sold in such a short time frame and so glad I let Ryan list it for me. I currently have another property for sale with Hometown Realty and have no doubt they will handle it in the same professional, competent manner they did my other property.
