As someone who was coming from the other side of the country, Cherri went and got me an in depth video tour of the property I had my eye on, she arranged and was there for my inspections, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the area and good contractors to get the work i needed done, done and was always making sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, this included but was not limited to making sure the sellers completely filled out all the paperwork that they had just "X'd" out and making sure the inspectors checked absolutely everything in the house.
