All in all, if it's accurate as its supposed to be, then that's a plus, but the thing is, the majority of people do not leave contact info. They are just curious. So, you have to go to your local tax rolls, to get a name, then mail something...if you want to chase it. Maybe after a couple of hundred or more you might get a good hit....it's a crap shoot....I think Home Value Leads should have a try out period w/ there enhanced version, to see how well that works out....just say'n'....:)
