I used Home Sweet Home cleaning for a deep clean of my home and cannot recommend their services enough. I used a different service for a deep clean previously, and Home Sweet Home by far exceeded my expectations. Everything was immaculate. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The things someone who works from home and sees day in and day out, the little things that no guest in your home would ever notice, those are the things these ladies took care of (plus everything else). Making an appointment was quick and easy, everything is explained in great detail of what services you will receive and it was delivered beyond what I could have asked for. The peace of mind coming home to a freshly cleaned home is worth every penny spent. Home Sweet Home cleaned my apartment two times as part of a national service to provide free home cleaning for cancer patients. I have been a customer for at least 2 years with bi-weekly cleaning in one apartment and monthly cleaning in another. There have been zero cancellations, professional handling of my crazy schedule demands, and reliable cleaning every time. Yesterday, I was in a rush and accidentally left my bed unmade and pot and pans in the sink and expected them to leave it, and what an amazing experience it was to see that the girls just took care of that for me. I don’t think this is normal if I did it all the time, but it’s just like this team to go above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with this company in general. From sparkling surfaces to that extra touch of having pillows, throws, and towels neatly folded and staged, you will relax and sigh with relief when you come home on cleaning days!

We needed help finding a service that was both affordable and responsive. Everything from the estimate to the initial cleaning was perfectly executed. We were skeptical about having a deep clean completed before the bi-weekly cleaning, mainly because we did not think we needed it. I am happy to say I was wrong. Olivia and Bianca were attentive, respectful of our time, and meticulous. The level of cleaning far exceeded my expectations; they even cleaned the washer and dryer.
