Having been through several home inspections, I thought HomePro was on par with my previous experiences. Very thorough, except: In the inspections it was not noted which 3-prong sockets were not grounded and should be replaced with GFCI, it would be easier to know which ones. The review of the appliances did not include the oven, clothes washer nor dryer, I do not understand why those were excluded. And last, the additional and expensive pest report was not very helpful, only noting that previous treatment for termites was noticed and no evidence of wood destroying insects. It just seems like a lot of money for very little info. Any other evidence of pests? ie; rodents? And if no evidence of termites why recommend treatment?
