Hank and the team were great. I feel terrible i forgot the guy who walked around telling me about everything he was awesome and very knowledgeable, as well as Hanks daughter who was training as she spotted numerous small leaks that you really had to look for whether it was a physical water leak or the corrosive greenish blue on the valves. I would 100% recommend home pro for anyone looking for a home inspection!

HomePro Inspections was wonderful! The team that came out to my home (Hank and Jay) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions), and thorough. The report was done quickly and included all the information I needed to continue repair negotiations with the seller. My dad accompanied me for the inspection and said that these guys "were worth their weight in gold", I fully agree! Great working with Hank; I would recommend him to anyone buying a home!

This was my second time using HomePro inspections. Hank and Jay were very professional but also extremely friendly, understanding and patient. As a single woman who is not knowledgable about this kind of thing, they took the time to make sure I understood everything as we walked through; no question or concern was left unanswered. After the walk through we again went through the photos and notes that had been taken throughout; another opportunity to ask questions or talk about my concerns... I never felt rushed or silly for asking little questions or even having a brief moment of panic (it's so overwhelming!). Less than 24 hours later, they provide you with the report that is organized and easy to read.. labeling all of the major/most important things in blue which was super helpful when you're trying to decide whether or not you're going to move forward with the purchase. They even made sure I had their contact information in multiple forms (including a sticker on the inside of the cabinet) and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was extremely impressed with Home Pro Inspections of RI. As a first time home buyer it can be pretty nerve racking, but Hank and Jay were phenomenal. They were very thorough and walked me through the entire house explaining every detail to me. Not only that but at the end we sat down and went over everything again, which was helpful since there's so much information to take in at once. They give you a binder to take home with all sorts of helpful tips and discounts to all sorts of things relevant to owning a home. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know needing an inspection.
