This was my first home inspection. It was such a great experience, I almost want to do it again. The process was very smooth. Troy was early and did his first inspection before I got there. Once I was there we did our walk throw and Troy pointed out things he thought I should know. He helped educate me about my appliances and answered any of my questions. I felt that the whole processes set me up to be successful. Knowledge is power. Thank you for your patience and sense of humor.

We are not first time home owners, so we've been through the inspection process a few times before. However, this is our first time owning a home in Alaska, so we had questions. Troy was not only very patient, he was a very thorough teacher and did some gentle "expectation management" as we looked over our older home. We came away from the inspection with a solid understanding of which issues we wanted the seller to address, and which issues were not worth haggling over.

It was awesome getting to tag along on the inspection so I could ask questions as they came up. But the best part was getting a user manual for our house! Now if they could just give us a user manual for our kids...
