This was our second inspection with Home Inspections Plus, and Its always fun and very informative..they really do educate.

I called to arrange an appointment with the office manager, she called my real estate agent and set up the whole thing. When I arrived Troy was already on the roof snapping pictures.

Even the agent mentioned how impressed he was by Troy and what fun the whole walk through was.

The reports are very detailed with pictures, They send me updates about recalls on all appliances monthly, and he leaves you with a book that clearly walks you through the ins and outs of your entire home.

I called on Thursday, December 6 to schedule an appointment for an earthquake inspection. I was able to get an appointment with Troy on Saturday, December 8, when my husband could be present for the inspection. He was very friendly, thorough and professional. Troy gave my husband some great tips on how to repair a few of our issues resulting from the earthquake.
