Home Inspections Plus helped me out a lot with inspecting my first home. As a first time home buyer I don’t have a lot of experience with other inspectors but Troy explained everything in detail about his process inspecting the home, things to look into doing in the future, and some things he found with the home that I should look into changing or fixing later in the future. Overall I was highly satisfied with the service provided. I’m a member of the Alaska Air National Guard and even though home inspections plus’s hours on their website indicate they close at 1600 they were able to get me in after hours on a weekend because I was unavailable due to it being my drill weekend as a guardsmen. Also they scheduled me only 2 days after I called to make an appointment which helped me a lot in my case because I’m try to close on my house ASAP. I have never had such a thorough inspection ever in my lifetime of buying and selling houses it was very thorough and complete and Troy explained everything as he went along and let us know why things should be one way or the other he just had good explanations of everything and it was very helpful to me and we’re as a lot of people act like you’re in the way he welcomed somebody there to hear what he was doing and why he was doing it he’s the Best as far as I’m concerned. I would recommend him 100% to anybody and everybody and mine was not a 4.9 mine is a 5.0+ plus plus for Troy.
