Hidden Fence

We have been working with hidden fence for going on 13 years now, and our fence has been working with 3 dogs (our first sadly passed away a couple years ago, and now we have two). I cannot recommend this company enough. Their installation work is top notch and their products stand the test of time (we haven’t had to change our fence or receiver out in 13 years). But the best thing about Hidden Fence is their people. Everyone we have worked with has been excellent at their job and (crucially) they simply love dogs. A few examples can illustrate my point. When we got our new puppy, we asked Hidden Fence to come out, put new flags on our property, and get us set up with a collar. The person who came out (I forget his name) did the work and started us off right. He even left us with extra flags just in case. We recently had an internet cable installed, and the contractor doing that work cut our hidden fence cable (Thanks Comcast). Francisco from Hidden Fence came out, repaired the cable in minutes, showed me what he did, and played with the dogs for a few minutes too. He was so good with the dogs. Another example … one of our dogs is a high energy puppy. I was having trouble training him on the fence. Rich from Hidden Fence spent a ton of hours both on the phone and texting with me to help me with the training. With Rich’s help, I finally was able to get it right. Just a great company. Responsive, high quality, great people.
