I contacted Hidden Fence after I was unable to get service from one of their competitors for my existing system. After a frustrating experience, I contacted Hidden Fence. Within 2 hours of my call, I had received a quote from Hidden Fence (very reasonable and detailed) and was able to schedule an appointment for a little over a week later. When the installers arrived, I walked the perimeter with them and within a couple of hours, the system was installed. The training was straightforward and is supplemented by Hidden Fences online resources. I received a follow up call from the company about a week later asking how the training was going and offering another training session at no cost(which I declined because it wasn't needed). I could not be more pleased with the product and even more importantly, with the service and attention I got and I would certainly recommend them to others. My dog is happy too.
