The company was very responsive. I received a phone call within about an hour after my online inquiry. They also had quick availability for an install unlike the other companies I had been communicating with. The tech/installer that came to our property (I wish I remembered his name), was great. He took the time (probably 35 - 45 minutes) to survey the property, to discuss with me options on installations, and was very thoughtful and helpful about making the decisions. After he did the install, he was generous in his time about talking to me about the system and teaching how to do the dog training. I did not get any efforts at up-selling by the company which was really appreciated.
So far (it's been about a month) I have no concerns and couldn't be more happy with the invisible fence. We have a large property and a physical fence would have been both cost and aesthetically prohibitive. Now my dog absolutely loves the freedom to roam about the property -- and she loves going out now. My dog trained in at about 2 weeks without much effort. She's happy, I'm happy. Very please with Hidden Fence of Minnesota.
