I came back to my Florida home to find major water damage. I had mushrooms and some kind of sponge looking fungus growing from my kitchen ceiling and multiple water leaks with mold. After doing extensive research on different roofers in the area I found H&H roofing and Repairs who had excellent reviews and an A+ ratings with Better Business Bureau. This made me feel more confident about hiring this company. Ed came and assessed the damage and explained all the issues he found. He even let me come up on the roof to show me the damage. I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. He sent me photos as he progressed through the job so I could see the damage for myself. He did an excellent job. It rained a few days after the repairs and no leaks! He then came back and installed 4 attic vents to allow for better air flow. I would definitely hire him again and would refer family...

Ed is extremely knowledgeable and responded quickly to my request for an estimate. After he quickly diagnosed my roof leak I didn't have to worry about another estimate or calling anyone else, his experience and demeanor were enough proof for me to know he knew exactly how to fix the problem and started repairs that day, before anymore weather could cause anymore water issues. He and his co-worker finished the entire job the next day by replacing my entire ridge vent with a new improved system he preferred over what was in place which wasn't even installed correctly by the roofers that installed it 8 years ago. Ed successfully repaired a roof leak we were experiencing since the original roofer (a large and well known roofing company in the area) installed a new roof on our house five years ago and tried to repair their leak on 4 separate visits. Wow, I thought that service of this type was from previous generations. Its very simple. I had a bad leak around my skylight in the kitchen. I called H&H and Ed answered and came out that very afternoon for a quote to replace and repair the wood in the area of my skylight and install a brand new skylight. He gave me a very reasonable proposal and suggested that his guy start on the repair the next morning at 9:00 am. I was then really surprised, they showed up early and the entire job was complete by about 1 pm. I am thoroughly impressed with the work and expertise and I feel now that I have a roofer for life. The roof was replaced in two days, even though some needed materials were removed from the site by an outside party. His proposal came in as the lowest of three other bids, and his final price was close to the original bid. After a lightning strike on our house that damaged many electrical components in the house. The insurance inspector checked the roof and found it also damaged from the lighting and said it needed replaced. We met Ed Huff the owner of H & H roofing & repairs when he had a crew doing a neighbor’s roof. We asked the neighbor who his contractor was and his contact information. Before we had a chance to call Ed was at the door and gave us a reasonable estimate to replace our roof. He was also able to start in less than a week which was much quicker than any other roofing company.and the job was finished in just a few days.
