There are not enough great things to say about this gym! The coaches and staff go above and beyond to support their members and make them feel like family. The fellow members are also extremely welcoming which helps with any anxiety when joining a new gym. If I could give this place 10 stars & write 100 glowing reviews, I would. As a "gym connoisseur", it takes a lot to win me over. In October 2021, HEW won. me. over. There are so many positive things about this environment, the owners/management, staff and COMMUNITY, but I don't have all night...and no one wants to read novel long reviews. HOME. That's the word I will use to describe this "gym". Why? Because it is so much more than that to me. It's not just a building with weights, ropes, boxes to jump on and a rig to hang on. It's a place where I feel WELCOME, safe, happy, inspired, challenged...all while I have anywhere from 5 to 35 (Sat 9am is the place to be!) of my fellow HEWmans aka FAMILY there with me in the trenches! The atmosphere exudes genuineness, knowledge, growth and support. Not just the physical kind (though you get them gains fo sho!) - the growth that comes when you allow your mind, body & spirit to expand...concurrently.

Absolutely love my HEW family! I have been a member for over a year now and the growth I have seen physically, mentally and spiritually has been incredible. I have been a member at HEW for almost 3 months now and I love it! I have been a member at a lot of gyms, and HEW has been my favorite by far. Not only are the workouts awesome and challenging. The warm and loving community makes you feel at home. They are very family and kid friendly as well. They also really care about your overall health with an on staff nutritionist, connecting you with health professionals to keep your whole body functioning well, and bringing in speakers to teach you other ways to stay on top you and your families well being.
