Have mixed feelings about the quality of this company. WHEN the work was finally performed, the technician (Quinn) did a very good job. However the facts cannot be ignored. The service was to be performed on June 6, 2018. I received an invoice stating the work was complete but I was convinced the work had not been performed as indicated. I called the office and question whether the technician had in fact done the job. I was assured it was but the normal photographic evidence was not produced by the company. I had been home all day waiting for the technician and the front office explained that it is possible for technicians to do the work and not ever disturb the owner.
I was still not convinced, especially since I could see debris hanging over the side of the gutters (it was a gutter cleaning job). I finally went up on my roof and took pictures and a video to prove the work was not performed. There was standing water in the gutter from the drains still being blocked. When I called back I was told the job would be redone on June 7th. I was not home on June 7th but was told I didn't have to be there. When I got home, the same debris was still visible. When I contacted the President, he said he personnally would clean the gutters on Friday if he had to. There was no dispute that the work hadn't been done on the 7th other than the technician said he had done the work twice. On Friday, June 8th, the technician (Quinn) arrived and confirmed the job had not been done. At that time, he DID perform the job as it should have been performed. He was outstanding. I reached out to the company to see if there would be a price adjustment because of the sequence of events. Henry felt that because it was an honest mistake that the technician had twice cleaned the wrong house, the original bill was appropriate. The explanation was the GPS or satelitte system they use to locate a job site was in error. I asked about the house number on my mailbox in the front by my driveway, why they didn't use that to confirm the correct address. There was no explanation other than an honest mistake.
My opinion is that future home owners should be prepared to check any work performed. The company does not appear to have adequate processes in place to ensure the correct house has work performed, dispite the stated process that they take pictures of the home after the job is complete to show work performed. Otherwise they could have provided physical proof they had gone to "the wrong house" twice before coming to my house. Again it is my opinion that others should check all work so that any future honest mistake isn't repeated.
