Email communications are efficient and a prompt response was always received. I don't think there were any issues with our gutter cleaning, however the report was something to be desired. There was a page for photos, however nothing was attached. It was also unclear whether the technician noted anything significant. I presume no news is good news as our house isn't too old. For the price paid, I expected a bit more thoroughness in the report.
