Overall I was happy with my roof washing. Hefferman's was much more thorough than Bone Dry, taking the time to wash off what moss they could after they killed it, whereas Bone Dry just tells you to wait until the dead stuff comes off the next time it rains hard. Their level of thoroughness, accompanied by a slight breeze, ended up creating some water spots on nearby windows. Not a big deal because I am having them cleaned shortly and thought that might happen so I made sure to schedule this before the window cleaning. The crew was fast, efficient, and courteous.
