They were flexible with scheduling, sent appointment reminders, called when they were on their way. They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They were careful while in my home and cleaned my carpets, and even a sofa. They use non-toxic and environmentally friendly products so everything they cleaned was fresh with no harsh chemical smells and dried within just a few hours.
