They came ready to work and got the job done! The were very thorough and accommodated all of my request. The proIcing was very reasonable! This team is awesome! And my entire house smells amazing! I'm extremely happy with the results.

I have had my carpets cleaned numerous times but this is the best experience we have ever had! Steve, the owner even cleaned the set-in pet stains! You can tell that the owners both work at the company by their conscientious work . I was very comfortable having them in my house which is a huge plus! I will be calling on them again.

Stephen at Heaven's Best Carpet & Rug Cleaners is hands down the best carpet/furniture cleaning business I have ever used! Stephen let me know up front which rugs/carpet that he did not believe would clean well. Instead of just simply charging me and attempting to clean the carpet, he was honest and told me what I could expect. He even cleaned one rug, and when it did not come completely clean, he did not charge me for it. If you are looking to get your carpets/furniture/rugs cleaned, Stephen is the best. Additionally, he is a dog lover which is great since we have 3 large dogs in the house! He was very friendly with them. I have also asked Stephen about my hardwoods (been in my house for 10 years) and he said he could make them look like new! He will be coming back to do that in a few weeks. :) Thanks Stephen!!

A cat decided to use the restroom on my couch a while back, and the odor would not go away despite a few cleanings with an upholstery cleaner. Steve and a technician arrived exactly when they said they would and quickly diagnosed that cleaning the couch would make the problem worse. I appreciated their honesty instead simply cleaning the couch and leaving. You hope that most companies would do the same, but you never know.

Update 8/25/16:
I used several pet deodorizers on my couch, which made it smell better, but the couch was still stained and smelled a little bit still. As a last resort before giving it away, I decided to Heaven's Best again. They arrived early (better for me), and Steve and his two technicians were just as nice as the first time. I had them clean my couch and chair ($129 special), and they did an incredible job. The couch was pretty badly stained...
