Everything about my experience was wonderful! I submitted an inquiry online and someone called me within an hour. She went over everything with me, explained pricing and treatments (and on the day of service, there were no hidden fees, it was exactly what she told me it would be) and got me scheduled. I received a text to inform me that the techs were on their way, and they were SO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY! They were professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have an elderly dog that has accidents so my carpet was looking rough, but those techs made my carpet look and smell brand new. The office staff and carpet cleaning crew were all very helpful and answered my questions.
The office DID explain that steam cleaning may not be recommended in all situations.
I thought steam cleaning would work for me, but the crew thought the pad on my commercial grade carpet (not wall-to-wall) was not in good enough shape. I agreed to the optional method they recommended, but the steam method probably (my opinion) would have drawn more grime out of my old carpet... at what risk I don't know. The crew did a good job with this other method, and I am satisfied with the result. (btw... with a box fan blowing, it took about 4-5 hours for the rug to dry sufficiently afterward.) Read more >

Contacted Heaven’s Best for a quote on cleaning upholstery, our sofa. The local franchise responded same day to schedule services. I purchased additional option for deodorizer, must have for pet owners or high traffic living room like ours! I still smell the scent a week later! The local owners communicate reminders of appointment, the employees they will be sending to your home, and updates the day of service with ETA arrival. The cleaning was completed by Anthony and Corey, they were very informative and respectful the duration of services, and updated me through entire process. They let me know when they were on their way. They were polite and explained how they priced out the rooms they were cleaning. It was a big job. All the rooms in the house. It was a fair price. They let me know the price before they began (so no surprises at the end!)
I had to leave for an appt, and I felt totally safe leaving them at the house. They texted me when they were leaving.
