Moving into a house that the previous renters had a huge dog and it smelled of dog and I went back after I got off work and omg no smell of dog anymore the 2 gentleman that did the carpet cleaning was professional as well as very polite and I would recommend this company to anybody needing their carpets done...

Very good experience from the staff - The carpets are cleaner, and the price was fair. The business' website offered good information, and an easy capability to schedule an appointment.
There was some confusion on arrival as there was an auto-generated "on the way" text sent about three hours prior to the actual arrival which caused some frustration, but that appeared to be an isolated incident.
The technicians also conveyed the value of adding a Scotchgard treatment only to tell me that they didn't have the Scotchgard with them, and then later saying that they found it...I anticipate it may be of value.in the future.
Overall, I'd likely contact them again in the future for carpet cleaning needs.
