I used them to polish and clean my hardwood floors and they looked great. I then called them back to clean my carpets. They were professional, nice, helpful, prompt and on time, quick and efficient. The carpets looked great and smelled like orange. Great job

I made my appointment via Heaven’s Best website, selected the services I needed and set up my appointment for carpet cleaning. I received an immediate response confirming what was needed and appointment time. Heaven’s Best maintained contact via text (my preferred method of contact) up to the date of my appointment when techs advised me they were en route to my home. I had a change in services that I needed and the knowledgeable lead tech fully explained what and how the floor cleaning could be done. Final services included: cleaning over 500 square feet of carpet, hardwood landing, carpeted stairs and bathroom ceramic tile floors. Techs were prompt, clean, polite and did a very thorough cleaning job. I would definitely recommend Heaven’s Best to anyone who needs floor cleaning services. I plan to use them again soon.

I enjoyed using Heaven’s Best because they cleaned and waxed my hardwood floors and revived the beauty of the wood.
I also had an area Aubusson rug cleaned by them and it liked brand new after it was cleaned. They did an excellent job. I also purchased a new rug pad for this rug and like the quality of the pad.

I really appreciated the prompt professionalism of the Heavens Best Carpet technicians ! I had an especially bad pet stain problem and they were able to treat and clean it and with a very nice fragrance of citrus from the special cleaning. I will definitely call them again!
