Heaven's Best Carpet & Rug Cleaners

They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in both bedrooms. I will use them again when I need my carpets cleaned again.

Communication was great from start to finish. The guys were friendly and professional. Had two bedrooms, a closet, big area rug and small area rug done. They all look great. And the price was decent. I used Heaven’s Best when I lived in Florida, so glad I found them here in Chelsea!

Loved the two-step process of having the floors evaluated before sending the cleaning team out. All of the staff are very caring individuals. My first encounter was with Ann over the phone. There was instant connection. Then Stephen came out to do the assessment. He was thorough, honest and let me know what services I did not need. Blakely and Ken came out to clean the floors. Both were professional and caring. I really think I have found Heaven‘s best.

Heaven's Best has cleaned the library's carpets for the last 3 years. Everytime the carpet looks and smells fantastic, they are here when they say they are going to be. They have worked with me to come in on a weekend when we are closed so the carpets have time to dry. The team is amazing. They have gone above and beyond each time they have been here.

Heaven's Best did a wonderful job with the carpet in our large auditorium! I expected the work to be done well, but the guys that did the cleaning were phenomenal! I don't think I have ever had a more pleasant and encouraging experience working with a vendor. These guys are amazing. My dog was sick and made a huge mess in my spare bedroom. They cleaned it and it was like brand new. While they were there I had them do my stairs and they are so clean. But the best part was my 7 year old most comfy coach that I was considering getting rid of. My whole family absolutely loves this piece of furniture. I had them clean and scotch guard it and it looks and smells like new. So thankful.

Heaven’s Best Carpet and Rug Cleaners were very professional and friendly. My patio furniture and rug were dirty from muddy dogs coming into the screen porch. They were able to get all of the dirt and stains out of the furniture and rug. I would highly recommend them.
