I found Heaven’s Best on an internet search. They had good reviews so I hired them. My wife keeps a few small children and babies in our one-bedroom apartment. We were concerned about having a clean floor for the kids. We have used the cleaning service the last two years. We clean the carpet every 5-6 months. The cleaning is though and quick. The carpet dries in half a day and it resists stains. We keep it maintained with a light vacuum and spot cleaning. The cost is very reasonable and affordable. We will continue with Heaven’s Best Cleaners in the future.

Everything about my experience was wonderful! I submitted an inquiry online and someone called me within an hour. She went over everything with me, explained pricing and treatments (and on the day of service, there were no hidden fees, it was exactly what she told me it would be) and got me scheduled. I received a text to inform me that the techs were on their way, and they were SO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY! They were professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have an elderly dog that has accidents so my carpet was looking rough, but those techs made my carpet look and smell brand new. I am so happy and love the results of my carpet cleaning and will be recommending and using Heaven’s Best again!

Heavens Best Carpet and rug cleaners cleaned four rooms of carpet, a hall and stairs today. They were so thorough and friendly and did a fantastic job. They also cleaned a white sofa that I thought would not come clean. I would definitely recommend them for any cleaning you need done.

The office staff and carpet cleaning crew were all very helpful and answered my questions.
The office DID explain that steam cleaning may not be recommended in all situations.
I thought steam cleaning would work for me, but the crew thought the pad on my commercial grade carpet (not wall-to-wall) was not in good enough shape. I agreed to the optional method they recommended, but the steam method probably (my opinion) would have drawn more grime out of my old carpet... at what risk I don't know. The crew did a good job with this other method, and I am satisfied with the result. (btw... with a box fan blowing, it took about 4-5 hours for the rug to dry sufficiently afterward.)

Contacted Heaven’s Best for a quote on cleaning upholstery, our sofa. The local franchise responded same day to schedule services. I purchased additional option for deodorizer, must have for pet owners or high traffic living room like ours! I still smell the scent a week later! The local owners communicate reminders of appointment, the employees they will be sending to your home, and updates the day of service with ETA arrival. The cleaning was completed by Anthony and Corey, they were very informative and respectful the duration of services, and updated me through entire process. Cannot recommend Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning enough!! Our sofa looks its best version again!

They let me know when they were on their way. They were polite and explained how they priced out the rooms they were cleaning. It was a big job. All the rooms in the house. It was a fair price. They let me know the price before they began (so no surprises at the end!)
I had to leave for an appt, and I felt totally safe leaving them at the house. They texted me when they were leaving.
My carpets look great! This was my 5th time to use them. Will certainly use Heaven’s Best again!

Excellent communication. The service provider arrived on time, communicated well and did a great job on an older couch. We were very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Heaven's Best to do carpet, rugs or upholstery cleaning.

I called on a Wednesday to see if they could clean my carpets before my house went up for sale. They worked me in on Thursday, which was so great because viewings started Friday!

Communication was very good and they were transparent on the pricing. They provided before and after photos just in case I wanted them (yes!) and payment was quick and simple.
