I loved Heaven’s Best Carpet & Rug Cleaner’s because they were so organized, professional, and thoughtful. From the first phone call to the last goodbye they were pleasant and had their act together. We are prepping to move. The housecleaner had just finished when the carpet cleaning team from Heaven’s Best came. I noticed the hardwoods in the main area were going to need to be cleaned again. Then I saw the guys mopping the hardwoods as they cleaned up after themselves! So this review comes from a satisfied and grateful customer.

We had a great experience with Heaven’s Best! They cleaned two couches and two chairs for us, and everything looks so much better. Our couches were pretty dirty from our dogs, and they did a great job getting them clean. The guys who came was so nice and even helped bring my groceries inside! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Very professional and took pride in their work. Anne was able to fit me in on short notice. Had a sick dog that made a mess in three upstairs bedrooms. Final price was what I was quoted so no bait and switch.

Heaven’s Best Carpet and Rug Cleaners did a great job restoring my carpets to their original plushness and look. The website was easy to navigate and I had no problems when booking my job. They were prompt and on time, and worked efficiently. To speed up the process, I cleared the furniture out of each room, with the exception of one bed. This bed was placed on sliders so it could easily be moved around the space. The team did a great job removing a small stain, and truly freshened up two very large teen rooms. I would definitely utilize their services again!

Riley and Cam were so helpful cleaning our rugs. The rugs look brand new and they did a great job getting all of the dirt and grime out from a rug that has been under our heavy bed frame. They helped move it and stayed to help put it back. We highly recommend them.

The two gentleman that came to clean the carpet were very kind and professional. I was also very worried my carpet was not going to be able to be cleaned as it was covered in pet urine. But it looks and smells amazing! I was so impressed and surprised by the results. I will be contacting them again for future household cleanings!
