Our driver was on time, super friendly, and got us where we needed to be on time and safely!! We had fun, the bus was perfect and clean.

They were very easy to communicate with and the vehicle we had was nice. He was a little noisy on the highways, but overall would definitely use them again.

Service was great! Elton was very professional and easy to communicate with. The bus itself was clean and had everything we needed. I’d gladly recommend or use again!

Nice sprinter van for the 10 of us. Driver was nice and courteous. We went to highland park and interlochen in Arlington. Unable to go down some cup de sacs we wanted to go down because van wouldn’t be able to turn around. Not the drivers fault. Would rent from heaven on wheels again.

From the time that Mr. Ed arrived, before he even had to be there, he was an absolute delight! He was very helpful and made sure all of needs and wants were met! We enjoyed everything about our experience and will definitely be utilizing Heaven On Wheels again and requiring Mr. Ed to be with us! He was fabulous and very experienced! Hands down the best customer service with him!!

We had a great experience with Heaven On Wheels. Our driver was amazing with a car full of screaming 13 year old girls in the back. The only down side was the bluetooth did ni ot really work and the USB ports did not change our phones but we made it through. We will be back.

Everything from pick up to drop off was Perfect! Ed was extremely nice, easy to talk to, punctual and just a good ole boy! The car was spotless and just the right size for our group!
