The driver was on time & my son liked everything about the ride!! But he couldn't sync his music on his phone to the car!! On my end I was pleased with the Lexus but that's not what I wad told I wad getting!! I was told & I picked a Mercedes Benz!! However, the Lexus showed up!! I didn't want to make a huge fuss over it on my son's prom night!! You guys even sent a picture of what vehicle we were going to have & ya'll didn't deliver on that part!! Overall my son enjoyed himself!!

We enjoyed our experience. Everyone is professional from the reservations department to the drivers. Mr. Jerry was very sweet and super professional. A tad expensive but the vehicle was clean and nice.

I booked a party bus with Heaven on Wheels for my son and 14 friends for prom. Everything from reserving to the final dropoff was perfect! I could not have been more pleased with Roy their driver. He called when he was on the way. Got their on time and reassured all the worried moms that they were in good hands. I even got a text from him when he got them back to the dropoff spot! I will definitely use them again!
