Harris Plumbing & Heating

My experience with Harris Plumbing & Heating (184 Glenmore Ave) was phenomenal! I would give them an A++++++ for the exceptional service that they provided for my water heater install. Let's start with Murshell, at the front desk. The customer service that she provided was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I called her. Then there was Chris, who came out to do inspection before the water heater was installed to make sure that he knew what was required and needed to complete the job. He then provided me with prompt, up front, estimates and proposals to ensure that I knew what the job would entail and cost before we even got started. Once, I accepted the proposal, the water heater was promptly ordered and the installation date was set up. Two technician, Audley and Anthony then performed the removal and cart away of the old water heater and the installation of the new AO Smith water heater. Both gentlemen did an excellent job and as the new heater was replacing a 20 year old water heater, the new install required new fittings and plumbing adjustments to align with the new heater. Audley expertly made those adjustments, installed the new heater and checked his work for leaks. It was only after he was fully satisfied with his work that he signed off on the job. My new water heater is installed and doing the job that it was meant to do. Thanks to everyone one involved in the process from start to finish! I would definitely hire them again and I definitely plan on referring them to family and friends!
