Very professional company.

Buried in my upstairs bathroom floor was a 112 year old lead pipe ("lead bend") that goes from the toilet to the cast iron drain stack. The lead had failed and was leaking a large amount of water into the downstairs apartment wall every time the upstairs toilet was flushed. Strato came out, I showed him the situation, and he sent Pablo and Andrew to help me out the next morning. The company was very communicative, diligent, pleasant, skillful, and they made our repair for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for in a plumbing company?! Come to think of it, that's exactly the kind of service I wish I got from everybody but is sadly so rare to find these days. I learned a ton and won't hesitate to call Harris Plumbing when I've got a job that's too big for me to do on my own in the future! Thanks, Harris Plumbing & Heating!!

I worked with Strato & Nikolay to get a backwater check valve installed in my parents basement in Marine Park, Brooklyn. I really appreciated how responsive the team was. I was able to coordinate everything from California so that the work was done while my parents were home on vacation and despite the way the job got increasingly complicated, they were able to finish everything and do so on my parents schedule and within the bounds of our initial estimate! Workers showed up on time at the start of everyday, provided detailed accounts of all the work done, and have followed up a week or so after the job was completed to be sure we were satisfied and that everything was working properly! Hopefully, I don't have too many more plumbing needs, but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Harris plumbing were true professionals who help us with our water main repair. Their team of Stratos, Pablo, Nicholas and Brian did a great job. Work was done right and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Called 30+ plumbers in New York City for application for new water meter permit. Nobody wanted to help. Spoke with Joey from Harris Plumbing and within 2 weeks I got my water meter permit and everything was installed and application filed. They are the best in the business and Murshell is a wonderful person to work with. I highly highly recommend this company. They will NOT disappoint you.

Harris Plumbing & Heating is the best company I’ve dealt with. The team members are extremely professional and timely that you can rely on. I had to replace two Gas meter bars, pressure test the existing risers and replace Gas cocks in a newly purchased house. Strato came out and took time to inspect the current conditions of pipes and connection and provided a great rate and best plan. I had some complex issues and Pat worked with DOB and National Grid to fully satisfy every single one of my needs. Very satisfied with the service received, highly recommended!!!

My bathroom ceiling fell in when i had guests staying with me. The toilet in the upstairs unit had spring a leak. Stratos sent Chris over the next day and did a quick diagnosis and repair for a reasonable price. Harris continues to be my go-to plumbers.

I called Harris Plumbing in mid October to get a quote on converting from oil to natural gas heat. The job entailed replacing the very old steam boiler that had stopped working along with the leaking hot water heater. They sent Tony who assessed the job and listened to my concerns so that I felt very comfortable working with them. Upon signing the contract they scheduled a crew to start the work within a few days. And their crews did an excellent job. All permits and approvals were obtained and NYC DOB inspected the work and signed off on the work. Terrific team work!
